Michael Consilvio is the Executive Director, General Manager at LifeLink Tissue Bank. In his role, Mike leads & oversees Sales, Marketing, R&D and Operations, and reports directly to the CEO & President of the LifeLink Foundation. Michael has over 30-years’ experience in the Medical Device/Tissue Bank Industry at several leading health-care companies.
Prior to joining LifeLink in July 2017, Michael has held senior management positions at EBI/Biomet Spine, MTF, and Small Bone Innovation, focused mainly on Sales/Marketing and Global Commercialization into emerging markets.
Michael holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University (Madison, NJ) and a BA in Economics (S.U.N.Y., Oneonta, NY).
Mark Strong is a 30+ year veteran in the healthcare industry with 20 years of experience in organ/tissue donation and transplant with a proficiency in quality control, research and development initiatives, regulatory oversight, business management, and team building/staff development. At LifeLink, because we are driven to deliver best-in-class experiences to our donor families, transplant recipients, physicians and hospitals, we have a focused commitment to developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of cost-savings and quality assurance are reached. Also, we are uniquely positioned to initiate and foster relationships with other tissue banks, recovery partners, universities, and national organizations.
Currently, Mark is part of LifeLink’s strategic planning initiative focusing on current trends in research and development. Through our tissue bank research initiatives, we are in an exciting position to help develop our strategy to provide an even greater number and variety of bone and soft tissue allografts that will help us keep up with the ongoing demand for tissue.

V.P. Regulatory Affairs & Lab services
Liz Horn-Brinson is the Vice-President of Regulatory Affairs and Lab Services at LifeLink Tissue Bank. In her role, Liz oversees regulatory compliance activities and activities of the Microbiology Laboratory. Liz has over 20 years of Quality and Regulatory Compliance experience in tissue banking and has participated in several AATB workgroups.
Prior to joining LifeLink in November 1999, Liz worked at Bayfront Medical Center primarily in Transfusion Services where she was responsible for the didactic and practical training of medical technology students as well as overseeing day to day duties of day shift blood bank personnel.
Liz holds a BS in Biology from the University of South Florida (Tampa, FL), a Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license and ASCP Certification.
Global Director of Business Operations & Marketing
Bob Adikes is the Global Director of Business Operations and Marketing. Since 2010, Bob has been leading and directing the Marketing, Customer Service, and Distribution Operations for all LifeLink bone and tissue allografts. Bob has extensive senior management, business development, and product development experience in the medical device and human tissue markets. Bob reports to the Executive Director/General Manager of LifeLink Tissue Bank.
Prior to joining LifeLink, Bob has held senior management and marketing positions at ConMed and U.S. Surgical.
Bob holds a B.S. in Biology from Furman University.
Global Director of Sales & GPO Contracting
Mark Cecchi is the Global Director of Sales & GPO Contracting at LifeLink Tissue Bank. In his role, Mark is responsible for driving tissue placement and execution of the LifeLink Tissue Bank sales strategies across all functions of the business. Mark is also responsible for the domestic hospital and GPO/IDN contracting to support the sales/placement efforts to our local distribution partners. Mark has over 28 years of experience in the Medical Device/Tissue banking industry at several leading medical companies.
Prior to joining LifeLink in June of 2018, Mark has held several different leadership positions at Biomet Spine, and DePuy Spine focused on Sales, Sales Management, Surgeon Engagement, and Business Development.
Mark earned a BA in Marketing & Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
